Super hotel with friendly and helpful staff. When we first arrived Elisabeth at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel is central to restaurants, shopping and the city’s wonderful sights.

Nice hotel, efficient staff, comfortable room with a nice view, and and excellent location for walking to nearby neigborhoods, the port, and the Monte Brasil mountain itself!

I liked how close the property was to downtown. I could walk to the local shops and restaurants. The only thing that I was not happy about was that I inquired as to why some of the tv channels wouldn’t work and the attendant told me she would have someone come and check on it and it was never resolved.
