Had a problem at check out when I wanted to replace the payment from the credit card my husband had used for the reservation to my Visa debit card and my request was not accepted. "Great property great location . Very clean grounds and very nice rooms. All the workers are pleasant and strive to make your stay relaxing. Had my doubts about the pool and beach chair reviews I read before coming but you can reserve complimentary chairs and umbrellas . There are a few and I mean a couple of palapas that are free but for the most part palapas are $60 a day to rent. Overall a great place and a very enjoyable stay at the Hyatt resort"
