"NOTE: ADULTS ONLY !!! Booked this resort 5 hours before our planned departure due to a scheduling issue at another resort. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, the resort is less than a year old very nice, fresh and clean. Staff were helpful and extremely kind the entire time we were there (8 Nights), Room was perfect, had a wonderful view of the east end of the island, into the ocean, unfortunately in the future this will disappear due to the construction of a family-oriented resort that will block the view. Buffet was wonderful a wide variety of food choices covering many specific types of diners. Dinner restaurants were nice, had a good variety, but could work on improving some of the flavors to enhance the overall taste enjoyment of the dish(es). Poolside bars were great to just swim up to and place your order. Only reason I did not give a full 5-star rating was due to a couple of times being overlooked by the staff to wait on larger parties, my guess expecting larger tips. Need to work on that to truly become a 5-star rated resort. Remember when booking, this resort it is a 40-to-50-minute drive to the developed end of the island and taxi costs can be from $40 to $60 each way, if looking to explore they do have on site car rental available for 1 to 2 days. Remember to bring your sunscreen and other toiletries with you, because the sole store at the resort is not budget friendly. We would definitely recommend checking this resort out."

"Clean, modern facilities. Friendly, courteous professional staff. Excellent food options but restaurant reservations were a challenge. Very child friendly but not disruptive for adult activities. Beautiful beaches (of course!). Built in controls on bathroom mirrors indecipherable! I recommend hammocks for each patio/balcony and indoor retractable clothes line in bathrooms for wet clothes."
