Independent Angered hotels

"Unfortunately it seamed to me like the VIP upgrade will never happen. They are all reserved for Raddison Blu members - even if they were still available to book through Hotels.com Room was OK, yet have stayed in many that have been better. Check out was slightly strange - as they were never going to show me what the invoice was for until insisted to see it. Yet still no itemised printout. Good location, breakfast was good and plentiful if required - was busy at the weekends. I have feedback to Hotels.com yet nothing heard from them either."

"Perfect room for 1 adult and 2 children. Location was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Spacious room with double bed and bunk bed hidden in the wall which was a completely new thing to me - excellent. Hotel has everything you need, I would stay again."

The spa was really good however, as a guest I think access should be free. We were surprised we had to pay an entrance fee, and only allowed two hours to visit. "

"The hotel is in the middle of a massive building site. A bit far from anything even a coffee house. Room is gorgeous but doesn’t have a much needed table. Had to unpack onto the floor. Don’t think we’d stay there again."
