"Rubbish place to stay"

"This is a great little place - central, spotlessly clean and so helpful/accommodating. Perfect for a pre-cruise stay in Southampton"

"Great place to stay and honest trustworthy staff 5 stars. I left my wallet and keys in the room and the staff kept everything safe for me. Many thanks"

The phone number provided for help wasn't even in service at the time. "Really nice house, table football etc for the kids, nice back garden and well-equipped kitchen. Really happy"

"There is nothing positive to speak of the place."
