"Brand new facility. Very clean, friendly, and great breakfast."

"Great gym"

"It would have been nice to have a 24hr/day coffee/tea etc bar rather than just water."

"El agua de la ducha estaba muy fría es la única queja pero todo lo demás estuvo super"

"😭"

"The pool water was too cold. My kids were only in the water for 30 minutes and my sons lips were turning purple"

"We had a great stay! The staff is wonderful. Big rooms, clean. Jacuzzi was wonderful. Close to the highway. Breakfast was delicious. I’ll definitely be back!"

"Issue when we arrived but manager fixed it. Great location to Boston, Salem, Gloucester. Breakfast and coffee a plus. Easy parking. The place needs easier access to back by the lake."

"Didn’t like that we were not informed of mentally ill individuals living there. One person was screaming at the clerk and was very agitated Another was seen down the hall from our room exhibiting bizarre behavior A third man was in crisis.. recently psych discharge having a hard time coping. He was calm and respectful with the clerk… wanted the hospital contacted. The clerk handled the people quite well… respect, reassurance given… very good with both I’m a Mental Health Professional…...
