"First, there was no wi-fi. Then, there were no in-room coffee makers. On Sunday there was no room cleaning and so no clean towels. Also, an hour into the 6 to 9 breakfast, almost everything was gone and no employees could be found to restock the breakfast items. The property has been refurbished recently, the rooms were nice and quiet. With just a couple of tweaks this could be a really nice hotel."

"Close to I-5 off ramp and Safeway & other shopping options. Nice parking lot with a cross street & other businesses nearby. Ice making was working compared to other Motel 6 previously visited CA locations. Shower/tub faucet fixtures need reparis or replacement. Pillows and mattress were mediocure quality, but room was clean & had a fridge, microwave & coffee maker with sugar etc. Would choose this location over other Redding Motel 6s if stayed there in the future."

"This was a one-night stopover in a longer road trip. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the property was. Grounds are absolutely beautiful. The restaurant next door is a big bonus. However, I wish there were more vegetarian options."

"The property was very basic and very clean. Pool was excellent. No alarm clocks in the rooms. No lamps or radios with USB ports for charging electronics. Coffee was hot and available 24 hours."

"Our bedding was used and dirty. They did not switch us rooms because they over booked the property and barely had any clean bedding for us to use. We were unable to use the pool or hot tub because there was a large group of out of control guests kids. They would take our stuff, not give it back and their parents were smoking around the pool. We notified the staff and they did nothing."

"The instant we walked into this hotel we knew it wasgoing to be a good stay. The lobby was inviting, clean and huge. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was very big and the beds were better than our beds at home! Our dinner in the hotel dining room was delicious, reasonably priced and with great service."

"So many unexpected extras I was surprised how thoughtful this property management was. Free hot cocoa, a laundry basket, washing pods, a basket of additional wash cloths, and I really appreciated a toaster oven available to guests. So many nice extras…I highly recommend!"

"Shower faucet handle was loose, bath towels were small, room lighting too high a temperature, should be down in the 3500/2900k, seemed to be more daylight 4000/5000k. USB charging in outlets by beds didn't work, Breakfast, despite reviews was disappointing, coffee not good, scrambled egg and sausage soso, selection was standard, breakfast was standard, nothing special."

"We had a great stay. They were very accommodating when I booked the wrong room. Love that you can walk to the restaurant and, the food was very good. Will definitely stay there again."

"This is a beautiful property! It is tucked away in a lovely area with lots of natural beauty. The room was very clean! The bed was really comfortable and beautifully made up with lovely bedding/pillows and such soft sheets. My favorite was the bathroom, with a gorgeous stone/pebble tiled shower and rain shower head with the perfect amount of water pressure. We will be back! Note: If you book third party, it is best to contact the hotel staff in advance for arrival instructions. I learned that...

"Gave a smoking room when a non-smoking room was booked !!! I did not stay at this hotel and instead shifted to Sundial Lodge."

"The bad part was the air conditioner was so loud and had major loud rapid ticking like the fan was out of alignment. Made it really hard to sleep. Could have turned it off but then no air conditioning. The bed was nice and soft with 3 pillows on the queen bed. Bathroom was clean."
