This lovely hotel is situated on the Rhine and is right off the walking paths along the river. You can easily walk to most of the main attractions in town. Our balcony had a river view and a partial city view. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful, and the restaurant was excellent. We would stay there again.

Our room was not a refurbished one. My bedside light was not working, flushing the toilet was not good, the shower had a problem the wash water stayed in, the towels very old and worn out, the TV set didn’t work, the changed it when I reported it though. The staff were polite but not experienced with international guests and their bank cards. We rushed to do whatever we needed to do before it went dark, because the lights were ever sooo dim. Otherwise ok!
