"This is a unique concept, and this was my first experience of capsule concept in India. The place was immaculate and well maintained. I visited this place with my sister and found quite a few women solo travelers who were using this place. So this place is great for solo travelers or even couples. "The staff were really nice, and we were treated well. The food was also delicious. However, the room was not as we expected; the headboard had a dark, dirty stain on it in both of our rooms. I didn’t make any complaints as I was only staying for one night and slept on the opposite side. Overall, it’s not a bad place, but there is definitely room for improvement in the room walls, bathroom, and bed headrest. "

" They do not have enough mineral water for drinking and despite of paying they are not stocking. They told me shop will open at 7 AM for mineral water and he would get it but when I came back at 7, he told me the shop is right opposite to hotel and I can buy water from them. These people were sleeping on couches in front desk where customers and their guests sit during day time. They just care for their comfort and not customer’s .
