This hotel is very convenient because its pretty close to Disneyland and i like the fact its around everything. Other then that i would not be staying at this hotel again. The bed was so old and very uncomfortable they were nearly on the floor. The carpet was completely dirty and old. I was itchy the whole time i was trying to sleep i had to get up and turn on the AC and slept without using the blankets i was ready to get up and sit on the chair and sleep sitting down because i was scared there were bed bugs thats how itchy it was. Last but not least the shower was horrible it started flooding EVERYWHERE i couldnt believe it like water was everywhere i had to grab all the towels they provided to clean the floor and my kids noticed the floor had cracks and there was a huge hole in the bathroom as well. After leaving i started reading the reviews and its the same complaints and all the owner does is give the same excuse. What he needs to do is fix the damn place remodle it all. All this money hes making and he cant remodel one by one? Geez..

There was nothing likable about this property they need to clean up the drug dealers and do some serious updating cleaning to the rooms.

We checked in and the minute we open the door, a literal cloud of weed came back at us, tried to walk in but immediately brought our stuff back out cause we didn’t want everything we brought to smell like weed. Went in and opened the window, door and turned on the AC, but there was not way to quickly get rid of a smell that strong. We called to ask for a different room and they said they didn’t have one that “they were full and we were the last to check out” That was total crap cause the parking lot was pretty empty and it was 10:45 at night. Asked for a refund and they said no cause it was a prepaid room. We left…went to the Marriott Fairfield and ate the money. Never again. It was disgusting

Hotel staff could not accommodate guest. The Guest service desk person did not know of any local taxi service and would shut down the area lounge and doors. They weren’t very friendly and did not have the right support. I would never stay their again.

First time starting and was a little nervous. I was pleasantly surprised because it was very clean. It was central to the city and only a few minutes from Disneyland. It had a microwave and fridge in the room. A lot of the economy hotels in Anaheim don't. I'd definitely stay here again. The hotel room is not renovated but definitely clean with no odors. 👍👍

We have stayed at the queens inn a few times, and will stay again. However, we did have dirty feet while walking around barefoot in our rooms, as well as hard water stains and dirty corners. This hotel is perfect if you are looking for a cheap place to stay while visiting Disneyland. Its nothing fancy, but is relatively clean and provides a bed to sleep in (thats really all we need on our trips to Disneyland).
