Tardamos 50 minutos para poder hacer check in, nos decían que nuestra reservación no estaba en sistema y que solo había 1 con el nombre de tal persona y la casualidad es que nuestra hija así se llama y nos dicen que ella ya estaba en la habitación siendo que ella tiene 4 años, ósea como me dicen eso. El personal nadie habla español, es un lugar para turistas, deberían tener a alguien que hable español. Agarramos el lugar 1 noche para descansar y ni se pudo ya que despertamos más adoloridos que nada por las camas tan duras. El desayuno fatal , solo había huevos cosidos y cereal del más baratito sin sabor y ni nada. Fue una experiencia muy mala.

Location was great. Walking distance from Disneyland. Surrounding area had stores, restaurants, shops, etc. The plumbing was terrible. We had to flush the toilet 2-5 times in order for it to clean everything out. The sink would flood with water too. The hotel room itself was clean, room service always left the place nice and clean.

The property was very accommodating and welcoming. Parking was a little sparsed especially late in the evening. Overall a very good value and wpuld stay again.

Check in was easy and fast. The hallways were very dirty and smelled like MJ. Even tho no guest were suppose to smoke in the rooms/ When we arrived, our restroom did not have any towels and only 1 roll of toilet paper. We are a family of 6. The control did not work with the TV's. When we arrived back from out day out, we noticed we had the room very clean, and our beds were made correctly. That was the best part of it. We had a good view too.

The handicap rooms were perfect for my electric wheelchair and I think the pricing is great for the type of room you get .

hotel was way too pricey for having average room and service. plus they charge 20$ for parking per night and the guy said there’s no free parking anywhere around the hotel. I’ve never seen $20 for parking at a hotel. then we found out there’s no toothpaste and went and asked the front lobby and they charge $5 for that. we said no and got toothpaste from a pharmacy because we were done paying extra money to the hotel. then the shower didn’t have hot water so we had to switch rooms. they say free wifi but the internet connection was not good. free breakfast was also not good. the only positive to this hotel is that it’s close to disneyland.

My family and my brothers family were able to get adjoining rooms, the pool was heated and hot tub was working at the time of our visit. Breakfast area was awesome to have and after check out I was able to pay for an additional day of parking to walk over to the park for a few more hours before heading back home. At night the area is well lit and felt safe walking with kids. There’s a whole shopping center and bowling / dining half way between La Quinta and the Disney park

The staff was generally nice but the condition of the property was not well maintained. Our keycards would often demagnetize somehow, or it would take 10 swipes before it would work. There were leaky pipes in multiple areas around the hotel, not the room though. The TV was very glitchy and often changed what I was watching in the middle of watching something. The sliding door in our room came off track multiple times and almost fell on our nephew. The bathrooms have no ventilation and smell pretty bad. Breakfast times were inconsistent and would open late or close an hour or so early. Staff would not bring new towels to our room and we had to go down to the lobby on the other side of the hotel after a long day at the park and just wanted to come back to shower and go to bed just to get some. It’s rare that I write a review or really have problems with a hotel, but I am quite disappointed.

I like the way the room was set up! I looked really nice inside, however the mattress were NOT comfortable. The carpet outside the room all the way to the elevator area were filthy and that made me feel like the rest of the carpet, including my room was not clean either. The front desk staff was not empathetic at all and someone rude. I had never experienced that at a hotel/motel before. Breakfast was basic but the coffee was good.

I was disappointed with our room. The sink drain only worked if the faucet was on low. The shower valve could only divert half of the water to the shower, the rest went straight to the tub. And the shower dripped when it was not in use.

BEWARE!! They have parking fees they do not disclose. The first room they gave us the AC didn’t work and we couldn’t open the windows, and you could see filth all around the room. They had printed signs up all over the hotel stating the carpets had just been cleaned, you couldn’t tell, however the chemical smell gave me an instant headache. Good thing the windows didn’t open so we couldn’t air it out. This hotel is gross. Don’t stay here.

The property was very poor in a number of areas. This was a business trip and their internet connection was basically unusable. The bathtub in my apartment didn't drain so by the end of a shower you were standing nearly knee deep in used, filthy water. On the second morning of my stay there was no hot water in the morning so had to have a cold shower before leaving for business meetings. As I needed to connect with other business people on my trip I actually left the property early on my second last day and checked in to a different hotel to do business. Very poor hotel and a costly exercise for my business meetings.

As a Manager in housekeeping it’s a habit to check the room for cleanliness. I found fruit snacks & a ROTTEN apple under one of the beds. The apple was easily found as it was at the edge. The duvet had old blood stains a little peroxide would have removed it. Other than that the room was very nice, location was very convenient and staff were very friendly

Fine on a budget
The staff was very helpful. Our room was clean. We stayed here because all our normal hotels were booked or triple the price for the long weekend. Overall it was fine but we probably won’t be back. Here is why, we stayed on the 3rd floor by the elevator, this was a very noisy room. You can hear everything through the walls. Upstairs neighbors walking, showering, talking, everything. There was also a lot of hallway commotion very late into the night. The beds were all doubles, one bed was fine the other one sounded like you were sticking to plastic every move. The couch had something broken and made a loud “fart” noise every time, no matter where you sat. One outlet worked in our room, the rest were too loose and chargers would just fall out. The parking was also $20 a night plus tax which seems ridiculously high.

I loved my stay. The rates were great! The location is superb and in walking distance to so many places. Breakfast is good and plentiful. I will stay here on my next trip. Staff very friendly and very helpful!!

We are frequent visitors of Anaheim & the Disney parks. We've stayed at La Quinta several times over the years & for the most part, we generally know what to expect. It's an average hotel, not my first choice, but when traveling with additional family, the double rooms & complimentary breakfast is a plus & fits our needs. A bit of a walk to the parks, but doable. The complimentary breakfast, while very basic, is appreciated. The staff working the breakfast was helpful, kind & stood out during our stay. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was less than friendly, not something I've encountered in the past. The rooms have always been clean & sufficient. Recently, however, we had 2 beds and 1 sofa bed to accommodate 5 people, yet received 6 (sad) pillows and 4 towels. Seemed stingy and an inconvenience after visiting parks all day. Beds were uncomfortable, to say the least. Extremely hard, resulting in horrible sleep. I will add, nearly every time I've booked through Expedia, I've been placed on the same floor as the breakfast & laundry room (less ideal location). Expect to be woken at 6:45am by LOUD guests lingering hallways while getting breakfast. Not ideal if you plan to sleep in. Overall, this most recent visit was just ok, maybe a little disappointing. Was great when kids were little, but will likely revisit other preferred hotels in the future.
