both days they took our dirty towels but did not replace them. Room was not clean well after housekeeping had already been there. Carpet floor and couch were just dirty. Outside of the room, hotel was nice, we got 2 free drinks with happy hour and the free breakfast was great. They need to work upgrading their rooms, furniture/beds/blankets and floor.

The restroom sink was covered in water I reported it to the manager then he said that he would put a maintenance report and that it'll be done by the time we get back. We came back late that night and countertop full of water again. I complained that the AC was stuck at 67° and we lowered it to 60 and it was still a 67 warm. The clerk said she would have two fans for us to use in the room ready we came back no fans. We had to pay for parking which is because not right. Because the room was warm didn't help our stay at all. The shampoo and conditioner and body wash was empty we had to go downstairs to the lobby to go get some and we left the brand new ones on the counter you think they would replace them the ones in the shower but nope still on the counter so that means that they had no intentions or refilling it, only because we complained is the reason we got some. Our first day of breakfast wasn't the greatest the guy that made the omelets didn't even cook the vegetables but the next day the cook was great hope you keep ones like that. I didn't appreciate my stay and how they handled it each clerk gave me a different answer why the room was warm it wasn't consistent this is the pretty poor for embassy suites
