Don’t stay here

This hotel is dirty, smells & unsafe. The customer service is terrible . The mgr hung up on me when I requested a refund and this was after I had to call multiple times to even get in touch with someone to help me . People live in the hotel and it’s unsafe . The front desk doesn’t have someone available to help. The towels were dollar tree towels and our room had no towels when we checked in, when we went to ask for towels, we were told it would be a couple hours for towels because there were no clean towels. Housekeeping forget to wash them , mind you we checked in at about 10:30 at night. Don’t stay here , it’s an awful property. Everything about it .

Disappointing

I have stayed here on several occasions and was very happy but this time it was nothing as it was before covid, a lot of full time residents all hanging around with their kids especially late at night and over our 7 night stay our room was made up once after we ask for it to be done!

Its just a terrrible Hotel!!! how the city let operate this kind of bussiness. First, if you guys have family or even alone dont book here!!!! You see drug addicts in the hotel and You here people walk in all over the alley of the hotel probably doing not the right business and its old and dirty hotel. Dont waste your money and I book as a last minute hotel because it was the only option near disneyland!!! The only good thing its how close its from disneyland

I was extremely upset with this property. When I got up to my room, the door itself looked like someone tried to break in. The room smelled so bad and the sheets were still dirty. The bathroom was not clean; the shower had hair all over the walls and the toilet seat had stains on it. There wasn’t any toilet paper or hand stop. I did not stay my full stay. I checked out asap. Management was not understanding at all.

The room was nice and clean. It is located at the heart of Anaheim city. That’s being said, we could easily walk to different places.

There were roaches in the room, also so many fruit flys. There was barely any water pressure in the shower head. You also have to request your room to be cleaned, this is not standard.

The room had items that needed fixing such as a broken tile floor that was dangerous to walk on, chewed up molding on the door frame, and the curtain that was not hanging correctly without the metal hooks on the top . The amenities were very limited, no clock, no hairdryer. Fortunately we only needed a bed and a shower and both suited our needs. The staff was friendly but unavailable at checkout

The room was smelling like smoke and the smell was worst in bathroom. The wash basin was leaking. There were insects and mosquitos flying in the room. There was no coffee machine and no closet for keeping cloths and no iron/iron board.

Poor condition

First off the room was not ready had to wait then the credit card reader was not working had to go look for an atm machine to pay cash. The street for walking didn’t feel too safe. We got the key to the room and the door was hard to open hard to lock and unlock from the inside the small chair was ripped the mattress had a long wire sticking out on one side. The furniture in the room overall was in poor condition

No bed sheets. No toilet papers. No paper cups for brushing your teeth. Room smells awful. Gangs are very active in the areas. Swimming pool is too small like jacuzzi in stead. Office is closed 24/24, only through windows services.

The only good thing about our stay was that the beds were extremely comfortable. There were roaches in the bathroom, holes in the walls, pictures hung on the walls sideways and with broken frames, no dresser. At least the mini fridge was cold

Ok Room

Room was only ok. Pros: the beds were very comfortable. The AC worked very well. There was a fridge and a micro in the room. Shades on the window worked great for privacy. Cons: There was no trash bins in the room, paint on the walls was not done professionally, Toilet was loose and rocking. Electrical switches were installed poorly. Other guests were loud most of the night. It was one of the lowest price rooms in the area, so for the money, it was OK.
