"We spent an hour sending messages about the correct location of the hotel. Anyway, this is not hotel. It is a residence building on the hillside. Have to use stairway or escalators going up from Starbucks to the building. On hotles.com, they show their location is incorrect. Location would be the three big buildings when you see from Starbucks and cable car station. Room is similar with pictures from hotels.com. however, the lobby is on 3rd floor and no reception, just a security booth. The...

"Here what I didn’t like as follows: The room I received did not match the room description on Expedia. * The front desk said they only received a reservation for two king beds, even though your Expedia confirmation showed two king beds, two twin beds, and a sofa for the two rooms. * The staff argued with me instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally. * Although they eventually provided another room, it wasn’t the room category i paid for because it lacked the balcony and beach view i...

10/10 Cemerlang
"Great little hotel, 5 minutes walk from Khem Beach. Has an Italian Restaurant attached (10% off for guests). Nice breakfast. bikes and Kayaks free to borrow from Hotel, we took to bikes and cycled 30 km up to the pagoda temple and back. Only disappointment was how late they came to clean room / change towels....never before 4pm while we were there and sometimes as late as 6pm. Every day we had to ask for towels so we could shower from the beach to go out for dinner. Apart from that, a lovely hotel with great staff and I would definitely stay again."
