"Wir haben drei Tage im Ancient Hue Garden Houses verbringen dürfen und waren im neuen Bereich (France Quarter) untergebracht. Das Zimmer und der Service waren Top (!!!) und am Pool haben wir Nachmittage entspannt verbracht. Zum Frühstück steht ein grosse Auswahl an leckeren Gerichten zur Auswahl und auch der Kaffee war super. Hervorzuheben ist auch der Staff, die uns jederzeit ein gut aufgehobenes Gefühl gegeben hat. Preislich zwar gehoben, wir haben die Tage aber sehr genossen."

"We stayed at Hue four seasons hotel for 4 nights. Laura, Michael and family were wonderful hosts. Breakfast was so good, Laura was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to help us. The taxi driver Laura booked for our transfer to Da Nang was fantastic. If in Hue again we would stay here again."

"The room was a river-view type, big enough and perfectly cleaned up. So my 3 weeks stay was comfortable. Two problems: #1 Hot water was never available even with the hot water supply button was on. #2 Breakfast was never ready on time, so I had to pass it a few times in order to be on time for my business meetings in the city. When the meal was ready on time, then no hot coffee was in the bottles. Hotel staff were all very kind and friendly. They were just not very well trained. "

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, my concern is the height of the bathtub from the floor. My room had a shower over the bath arrangement and it took a big step to get into and out of the bathtub, there is a lack of handrails and this,arrangement may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm. The matter could be solved with a secured external step and handrail. I highly recommend this property in all other respects. "

Breakfast buffet is good and we took a break from Asian food and ordered hamburgers one night. I'm from the US and have eaten quite a few hamburgers in my life and these burgers were awesome.
