"Hello, The stay was blissful. Access to Ganga was just a stone throw away, mindful of 250 steps trek that is involved. Furthermore, the staff were amazingly helpful and kind. Took care of our every necessity. Trainee, Ayush and staff member, Saif, Tarun and all were charmingly alert and kept a tab on our requirements with a smile. Food was yummy and comforting in a way. Most definitely recommended. "

"I had a very relaxing 3 night stay when visiting the Lansdowne area. The room was comfortable, the staff were extremely kind and helpful and the food was good. My only niggles were (1) the location shown on the Hotels.com map is completely incorrect - it's 18 kms and a 40 minute drive away from the town, (2) both the hotel's card readers weren't set up for international cards - a bit of a problem when the nearest ATM is in Lansdowne! "Booked through Hotels.com really disappointed with recent booking made for Rio Resort in Lansdowne. Hotel never got the booking/was sold out and took 4-5 hours/talking to 4-5 reps to try to get alternate hotel which was ok ok. All this while driving to a supposed relaxed weekend! Never again will I book with you. The Rio resort staff were rude and washed their hands of any responsibility also.
