"Best vacation ever"

"When I arrived I was given a room the size of my closet with a slider door that faced the road with an old abandon field, very distressed view, you can see pipes coming from the roof top, was facing a very busy street loud traffic noise. I refused the room went back to the counter then asked for a better room with a view and not across a field, they then charged me an additional $50.00 per night to place me in a different room, it had a view however very small, I was at their mercy so I paid...

"Honestly, I don't recommend it; the staff—at least at reception—aren't very friendly and treat you as if they're doing you a favor. The food lacks variety and quality, and on top of that, if you want to have dinner, you have to make a reservation 24 hours in advance. It's a shame; I would never visit this hotel again."
