"The hotel is a great place to experience the Times Square like atmosphere of Avenida Paulista. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms and everything like pool & spa are spotless. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Sao Paulo I would certainly return anytime. Jason, Victoria, BC, Canada "

"Hotel was fantastic. Great staff, super friendly and everything was clean. The rooftop pool was amazing. Check in and check out take way longer than they should... there should be an express checkout so you don't wait 20 minutes behind people checking in to leave a key and confirm you didn't drink anything in the fridge."

"Excelentes acomodações, tudo funcionando e limpo. O café da manhã é algo que precisa ser mencionado e elogiado, fartura na quantidade e qualidade dos itens oferecidos. O atendimento dos garçons também deve ser destacado, Raimundo nos atendeu de forma cordial, intencional e rápida. Aos domingos, uma igreja presbiteriana funciona no local, o que é ótimo pra quem está em trânsito aos domingos. "

"The hotel and service was outstanding, including the concierge desk. The staff was very professional and attentive. Bravo to the management. We stayed at the executive room on floor 8th and the room was very specious and comfortable, very large bathroom with double sinks, large closet and a large desk for work. The TV had multiple channels and it was easy to navigate. The rooms were quiet, the bed and pillows super comfortable. The only slight negative comment is that early in the morning it takes 10 -15 minutes to get hot water. During higher demand I had to wait for several minutes. It appears that the hot water recirculating line was not designed well for our room. I highly recommend the hotel. "

"Room was very spacious and great aircon. Staff were lovely and we enjoyed our time immensely by the pool on the sun. Great breakfast as well. Maybe a bit on the dates side and the gym was tiny with only the treadmill working."
