"Wifi only works in the lobby. Rooms can't pick up the signal. Food and water machines out of order. Room air conditioner/heating element was busted. It stayed on constantly and couldn't be adjusted. They didn't have any coat hangers. The list goes on. But the price was cheap. I guess you get what you pay for"

"Property looks ok on outside but inside was disappointing. Paint splatters on microwave, fridge and trim were my initial observations. When I tried to use the outlet in the lamp, they didn't work, lamp didn't work and upon further inspection the wall outlet was exposed and had black electrical burn marks. The outlet was blown and insane. The toilet didn't have enough water to even flush #1, so I had to adjust the float in the tank. When I tried to use the sink, the faucet wasn't secure and flopped around. When it wasn't properly installed and missed the bottom ring below the faucet that actually tightened it to the counter. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Tv and remotes kept freezing up. On a positive note, the a/c worked well and kept the room cold. Fridge worked as expected. Stayed multiple days, but will not use this location again. Very sub-par compared to other great best western hotel experiences."

"The hospitality of this hotel is second to none. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I have never in 40 years been so welcomed and so appreciated and so helped even with the minor things like asking for a pen and they gave me a handful. If I ever traveled to Vancouver again, which I’m sure I will I will never stay anywhere else. I used to like the Heisman Lodge, but this place is nicer rooms and better hospitality."
