From the owner who is present on the property, to the staff were all so welcoming and helpful. All of our tours were arranged through the hotel and were as expected. "The property did not have electricity. And when I booked it that detail wasn’t in the description of the cabin , I had a very bad trip because of that , at least should say no WiFi no electricity, I took my kids and was very very horrible and disappointed ! "
