"We paid for a king suite and when we arrived they told us that they had oversold the king rooms so we were given 2 queens. Disappointing. The bar closed down at 10 pm so our much anticipated glad of wine was not to be. She was actually still serving customers but she had already counted her drawer so that was a bit annoying. "This hotel is not maintained. It appears to be a stay for construction workers who leave trash everywhere. The parking lot had broken bottles and was unmaintained. The gals at the front desk were awesome. Room furniture is in poor shape with burned out light bulbs."

"Horrible experience. And in late. Needed sleep. Did not have both rooms confirmed. Had to repay for one room even though I had a paid confirmation. Rooms had to be cleaned by the desk clerk and had to wait 30-45 minutes for two rooms. Should have been free"

"Traveling with my dog and was asked to sign the pet policy (as per usual). I asked the front desk agents where the designated area for dog walking is and neither knew. The reason for this was apparent once I found it - a minefield of dog poop of various stages of fossilization all along the side and back of the property. Apparently no dog owners pick up after their pets (understandable since no bags were stocked at the station) and I guess there’s no staff looking after the grounds. "

"The room was NOT clean. It was the grossest hotel room i have ever been in. There were dirty handprints on the wall, stains and sticky stains on the couch- overall rundown and dirty. I am surprised at the rating for this property- it deserves a 1 or 2 at best. TERRIBLE AREA AS WELL. I WOULD NEVERSTAY HERE. My family and i left as soon as we saw the condition of the room."

"I booked this online on Expedia around 6 PM, tried to call to confirm around 9 PM. Only the security guard answered the phone. Got there, only security guard present, no attendant. Name of the hotel was different. I got ripped off!"
