"We just LOVE it! Absolute five star hotel with 5 star service. They never fell short of expectations but the only thing that bothered a bit was they were conducting the renovations that noise transmitted badly and interrupted the rest. Other than, it was almost perfect!! "

"Great location close to ferry drop off, shopping, and restaurants. They were quick to check us in and even checked us in a little early. When we settled in our room, we got a knock on the door and were greeted with complimentary champagne. They recommended us where to rent a scooter and even called to help make accommodations if we needed. Everyone was very helpful. A great stay overall with great service. Thank you to all the staff for making this an amazing trip! It’s definitely hard to leave...
