"The hotel is busy being refurbished,so is still a little tired but our room was clean and the bed comfortable with excellent linen and towels .It was sad to see a once bustling hotel ,feeling quiet and dejected but with the refurbishment complete ,the friendly staff and excellent chef hopefully things will turn around .The golf course looks well maintained ,though we didnโt have time to play ."

"The location is excellent, the place is very clean, and it offers plenty of closet space and a kitchenette. The hosts are very attentive and provide helpful advice on where to go and nearby attractions. I definitely recommend it for visitors to East London and the surrounding areas."

"Check in was nice and quick.The staff not so friendly but very professional. They could use some customer service training and smile a bit. I had a really great room with the view of the pool and the ocean and the garden is beautifully maintained. They skimp on amenities.. no lotion no shampoo/conditioner. I had to ask for more milk, coffee and sugar. They have a minibar in the room but no water in it (rolling my eyes) Breakfast is not the nicest in terms of variety. They only have decaf of offer ridiculous if you ask me. I had fish with savoury rice for supper, it was so delicious so tasty. My time at the poolside was total bliss and the weather didn't disappoint. I extended my stay and the front desk lady was kind enough to let me keep my room. Overall I had an amazing stay!"
