"Food is ok, not amazing, the hotel itself is very nice and so are the amenities. When we went the sauna and steam room were both under maintenance which was a big bummer. The pool is very small but it wasn’t busy while we were there. The rooms were a bit chilly but they gave me extra blankets."

"Really lovely place to stay after a gruelling 3 day salt flats tour in the cold. Every amenity was available and even the shower was soft filtered water. I absolutely loved my day there. The manager even let me pay for my taxi by card and then paid the taxi driver himself to take me to the airport. Would 100% recommend! "

"I will have 5 to all staff members. They were super nice, professional and caring. Some areas are in construction. Our room was nice, clean and a lot space. Breakfast was ok. We ate dinner there and it was very tasty and good price. I will stay again"

"Excellent customer service! We did some research about the area and knew it would be cold at night with limited heat, so we packed accordingly. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was great! We liked the fact that we had a safe place to stay without having to rush the trip and try to see everything in one day. Did Tiwanaku and museums on day one and Puma Punku on day two.
