"The room was very clean. The linens on the bed were wonderful. The housekeeping staff and supervisors were amazing. The hotel lobby staff were so helpful and so kind. The only downfall was the weird way the entry was. Taxis, bringing me home had difficulty figuring out where to drop me off and I was actually dropped off on the road a couple of times. I liked the layout of the room. We had a view of the plaza between hotels. The only major downfall was trying to figure out the heater for the towels. When I wasn't using it, it would come on when I wanted to use it we couldn't figure out how to turn it on. The washer dryer combo was confusing too, and it was a bit startling when it showed that it was going take four hours to do a load of laundry. The cottons were pretty wrinkly, but everything else was just fine. I think they should leave instructions on how to use the washer as the instructions there were german and even with the translator it was difficult. Their generosity with the coffee pods, the milk and the sugar was amazing. They also have a wonderful card entry system. Not once did I have to get them to replace the card like we have to do in north america. I felt very safe in this hotel."

"We had an excellent stay at Citadenes. We were 4 people with 2 teens, usually hotels provide one room, but here we had two rooms attached which was so convenient and comfortable. Plenty of food options around. There is a mega mall right in front with lots of shopping and food options. Staff was very friendly, and coffee in the lobby was great. "

"The NH Danube City hotel was so convenient for the Vienna Convention Centre, about a seven minute walk from the Alte Donau stop, where you can buy a week’s travel card from a machine or online. The hotel also has an airport bus stop right outside, which is so convenient as well. There’s a grocery store a few doors away, useful for in-room supplies but also gifts, and there’s a McDonalds a bit further along. There’s free fruit in the lobby. Our booking didn’t include free breakfast, but we did treat ourself our first morning. The desk staff were really helpful & the hotel has wifi. Great place to stay!"

"Zola is perfectly situated, merely minutes walk from the U-Bahn. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the hotel and functions of the room. Overall a beautiful hotel, all the amenities a guest could want and situated as a perfect base to explore Wien"

"It's conveniently located near grocery stores & metro. I enjoyed walking so I don't mind walking while sightseeing along the way. The front desk is always staffed & helpful. There's a fridge & percolator that's perfect for making my own coffee. Although they offer breakfast but at 18€ per day, I preferred getting my own food from nearby grocery stores that sell ready made sandwiches & salads, etc. I'd come back to this hotel again."
