"We were disappointed with our stay and left early, forfeiting our second night because the noise was unbearable.
The property photos are extremely misleading. Balconies appear to face a peaceful forest, but actually overlook a busy highway with constant traffic, loud mufflers, honking, barking dogs, and roosters crowing at all hours. We booked expecting a quiet, "spa-like" environment based on the listing, but relaxation or sleep was impossible.
Furthermore, pre-trip communication was frustrating. The property ignored Expedia messages, forcing expensive international phone calls as they lack a WhatsApp contact.
They also advertise thermal pools, but neglect to mention that locals can use the facilities. On a Tuesday, the pools were so overcrowded I couldn't find a chair.
One of the pools were closed, and the remaining ones required an extra fee.
Worse was the loud music played. This place could not be further from relaxing.
The only enjoyable part of the stay was the steam rooms.
While staff aren't responsible for outside noise, the listing must honestly reflect the setting. Management showed little concern for our issues."
