"the staff (Ali especially) was so helpful and kind in helping us and being so welcoming to our little 5 month old pup! She stayed in the room for a couple hours without us and we were worried that she would be barking and disturb the residents. When we got back Ali assured us that she had only yelped a bit for the last 15-20 minutes before we got back and that there are other dog owners on the first floor so they understand. "We always enjoy our stay here, great staff, great amenities, very comfortable, clean pool, nice hot tub, etc.
The only problem we had this time was no bathtub in the room. We needed to bathe a child prior to surgery and there was only a shower in our room, our child does not tolerate showers. "

"We paid a lot of money for our Globe dinner and wish the food matched the price. It was still good and we enjoyed our family time but it was instant potatoes and frozen potato wedges with a fake chef touch.
We would also love a lot more Keto/GF items. I'm sure you would benefit from that too."

"Breakfast was the same 4 days in a row with zero change. The last day the dishes were dirty and there were no bowls put out until somebody asked because the people were busy chatting. Room was clean, staff was friendly."

"This hotel is alright. Nothing fancy. They do have a restaurant and bar downstairs for food. An ok fitness center, and a small indoor pool. It’s close to the freeway and restaurants but my okay rating comes from what you get for your money compared to other places nearby. We booked 2 hotel rooms for this stay at two different hotels.
