We booked through Expedia while at the reception desk after they confirmed that the room (the only room available) could be changed to a twin. As there was no one else available, the reception staff went to make the change themselves. Room was clean and as described with views of lake and mountains."

"Great location - just a street away from all the main hub by the lake side I have stayed at the Central hotel by the same group in my same trip, I think this one the location is even more central Clean room, love the amenities and the complimentary snacks Great service, the staff have been very helpful However, beware if you are staying at rooms close by the street - the noise from pedestrians passing by talking and the rubbish truck coming by at three in the morning was not nice"
