"Everything was great until it was time for us to check out an early morning. No staff was to be found. We called the number that we were given if we needed help no one answered. They lock the front door so you’re trapped in there. Unless you go out through the garden did I mention it was pouring rain and I had all my bags with me and had to wait for the car service outside in the rain other than that the place was great"

"Overall excellent place to stay. I only have v minor issues which are probably more personal preference than anything. Shower flooded the whole bathroom on every use, air con was so noisy all night and pool could have used a clean to remove dead leaves. Other than that a wonderful place to stay"

"What a wonderful gem of a hotel. The location was incredible, close to the train station and close to restaurants. Lots of little shops and cafes close by. The check-in process was fantastic, and the lady at the reception recommended some great restaurants in the area. The room was everything we could have wanted, and even had a washing machine if you have time to freshen up your clothing before taking the train. Would 110% stay at this hotel again when taking the train into Switzerland from...

"First off, the location is EXCELLENT. The building is well maintained, very clean, and nice. I think if you were staying several days (or longer), in Verona, you’d be very happy here. The bathroom was very stylish and modern. I wished it had a tiny bit more amenities, like a shower cap. Because the staff is only available in certain hours, i didn’t bother asking for one for my short stay. The toiletry products are good quality. The bedroom was very cute, clean, and spacious. "We absolutely loved and enjoyed our three nights here! We were doing TMB and had one rest day in Courmayeur, then the next day we hiked past Bonatti to ARP Nouvaz 29 bus, shuttled back to Maison La Saxe for one more night. It was super easy! The breakfast here is so fun, each morning we were warmly greeted and our place setting was waiting for us. We even got to celebrate their 10 year anniversary celebration of Maison La Saxe with them! I highly recommend staying here if you want to be treated...
