"From the moment we arrived until the time we departed, we were treated with excellent service by Vincent and his wife. The room was clean, and we had a great view of the mountains, Both dinner and breakfast were wonderful. The hotel is wonderfully decorated, and we enjoyed the sitting areas. By far the nicest hotel we have stayed at during our 11 days in France. We plan to return again someday."

"Wonderful smaller hotel with beautiful views. Staff was fantastic even before getting there in helping us find a transfer from Geneva and back to Geneva. Shower was small but had good water pressure and did the job. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. View from balcony was amazing. Close to multiple food options and shopping. Great location and fairly priced. Only complaint was the noise overnight of other loud patrons screaming and playing loud music from 2:30 am on until morning. Not...

"Räume waren in Ordnung ,neu renoviert. Da kein Parkplatz mehr verfügbar war haben wir im Parkhaus in 100m Entfernung geparkt. Das war noch das geräumigste Parkhaus, aber es war sehr eng. In die anderen Parkhäuser hätte unser SUV nicht reingepasst. Die Altstadt ist in 10Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war Okay. "

"Excellent property with cute rooms and gorgeous scenery of the mountains and lake. Beautiful pool and the food at the restaurant is divine. Only a twenty minute walk to old Annecy. "

"Charming hotel and amazing staff. We loved the pool and nature around it. Breakfast buffet has plenty of delicious choices including homemade fruit cups and jams. On site restaurant is lovely and excellent . I highly recommend this hotel."
