"Welcoming staff were really friendly and helped out about directions to different buildings.
However, room service was terrible. iPad menu in the room went blank, so had to order room service by phone and waited more than an hour. Eventually we had to cancel it because it was running too late and we had to go out.
Booked 2 bedroom suites, the carpet in the living room smells really bad and been allergic throughout the stay.
No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Non wonder why the room always has a moist smell.
Also, the A/C was really loud and bad air quality. Lighting in the room is also really dark. The design was meant to create a vibe but not suitable for everyone. There should be adjustments that we can choose to make the room lighter."
