"Very nice property,"

"This was a minimal service hotel, it was obvious they were cutting corners everywhere they could. There was no one at the desk except around check-in time & random other moments. I never saw any cleaning staff (or evidence they did any cleaning). There was no door tag to ask for housekeeping to clean the room. I have a receipt that a half deposit was paid but they charged the full fee. I asked when someone was there, they checked & said Expedia cancelled the reservation, but it was still active....

"The room was very quaint and comfortable, perfect for our stay. Gail was an amazing host, lots of helpful recommendations and tips, made us feel very welcome. The location was perfect for walking and exploring Inverness. Highly recommend!"

"The location of the guest house is quite central and close to the river side. There are a few restaurants and bakeries nearby."

"Hostess was gracious, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast had a huge variety of items and was delicious. Location is convenient, about a 20 minute walk to city centre. If we come back to Scotland, we would stay here again"

"The Inn is easy to find with ample parking. My concerns centred on strong, damp like smelly in my room. Curtains that couldn't be closed properly. With the main door not being locked at night, security was very poor. I was woken by a disturbance outside my door during the night it was very unsettling. All these issues might have been easier to raise with staff had they been approachable. It took the duration of the trip for the person at reception to smile and be friendly. Would definitely not...

"This was a fantastic place to stay in Inverness! The staff were beyond friendly and helpful! Every interaction was sincere and made us feel welcomed. The room was very clean and spacious. We did not stay on the property for breakfast but the staff were happy to recommend a local bakery just down the street. Additionally the property is very close to the city center and was only a short walk away from many of the pubs!"
