"Wonderful property with incredibly helpful staff. We arrived before check in time but they greeted us warmly. Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. We had lots of questions and they had lots of answers about things to do and places to go. We were told that if we needed reservations for a restaurant, they could help and we'd be treated...

"We stayed in Pasiphae, the Avra apartment over two levels and with a balcony overlooking the harbour. It was amazing, without a doubt one of the best holiday apartments we have stayed in. Beautifully fitted out to a high standard; enormous; amazing views from the balcony - we sat there every night till late and felt like we were part of the buzz but in a VIP area! "This was one of the most charming, beautiful boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. Veronika went out of her way to help me get my suitcases up and down the steep stairs, gave me great local advice for food and adventure, and was super professional, polite, and friendly. The view from my room was exceptional. The only drawback was the noise level. I would stay there again. If you stay there, you must eat at Tamam - about a half block from Vranas!"

"A great hotel in Chania! The communication with the host was great - quick responses and very friendly. The suite itself was beautiful, very clean and spacious! The beds and couch were super comfortable as well, felt very relaxed here. The only downside to the area is that it faces a school, and during the week is pretty loud most of the morning into the afternoon.
