"I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago, in the exact same room. Not much had changed, except owners. Great location if you have a dog with you as you are only a block from Pioneer Park and quiet neighborhoods. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. The only complaint was the condition of the tub. It was not very clean; the bathroom was overall clean, good towels, but I'm a stickler for a clean showering area. Maybe the tub needs to be reglazed. Very reasonable price."

"The hot springs were excellent. Getting down to the river to experience the hot river water was another story. We could not find a clearly easy way to the river without hopping over large dangerous river rocks so we had to forego that. Staff was little help with that problem. So we were disappointed as that was the reason we came. The hotel rooms at Mt Princeton are relatively expensive. We stayed in the cheaper "Hillside" rooms which were also expensive but were the only thing available...
