We had a major concern about cigarette smell upon arrival host company was quickly responsive and just told us to open a window however we had the windows open for 2 hours with no luck so they "sent someone". "The location was great. It was very quiet and convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, and easy access to the underground as well as the hop-on-hop-off bus at Schoenbrunn. There weren't facilities commonly provided elsewhere, such as a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities/kettle, which we missed. We did enjoy the air conditioning!"
