It was a completely terrible stay, they took the money for 4 people and gave me a bed for 2 people and a sofa with a broken leg. They are also very rude and threatening people. Definitely stay away. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Tamamen berbat bir konaklama, 4 kişilik parası alıp 2 kişilik yatak ve ayağı kırık bir koltuk verdiler ayrıca oldukça kaba ve tehditkar insanlar. Kesinlikle uzak durun. Kimseye tavsiye etmem.

Quiet apartment in a central location a short stroll from the water features of the pedestrianised Zhybek-Zholy Street. A selection of restaurants, shopping malls and supermarkets within easy walking distance. Excellent value.

8박을 했는데 아주 훌륭했습니다. 카자흐 물가 치고는 조금 비싸긴 하지만 아파트 통째로 빌려서 세탁도 하고 요리하고 다 할 수 있다는 점이 훌륭합니다. 매니져가 아주 적극적으로 도움을 줍니다. 아파트라서 따로 간판이 없기 때문에 장소를 찾기가 조금 애매해서 전화통화가 필요합니다. 유심칩이 있는 분이 이용하시길 권장합니다. 그 외에는 장소도 아주 아주 훌륭했습니다. 걸어서 30초~2분 거리에 마트, 시장, 대형공원, 식당, 은행, 우체국, 맥주펍, 칵테일바, 패스트푸드, 스타벅스까지 다 있습니다. 완벽한 보안을 갖추었습니다. 아주 편안했습니다.

(those are same comments.) 장점 - 이름에서 알 수 있듯이 호텔이라기보다는가정집같아요. 일단 크기는 정말 크고 부엌도 있고 괜찮습니다. 적당한 값에 픽업도 가능합니다. 새벽에 픽업 요구도 가능했습니다. 위치가 좋았습니다. 단점 - 이불이 조금 별로였습니다. 굉장히 건조한 집이었고 카자흐스탄에 있는 숙소 치고는 비싼편이였습니다. It was more like domestic house . First lt was big and also there is a kitchen. Have everything what i want and they have private airport shuttle service we could use every time even in midnight However the blanket make me uncomfortable it was really drydry place and I think little bit expensive place compare to the other hotel but it was nice location. Otelden bir özel ev gibi ve iki kişi için çok büyüktür. mutfak vardır havalimanı shuttle servis vardır fiyat hatırlanmıyorum ama pahalı değildir ve istiyorsa gece da kullanabilir fakat yatakta yorgan biraz kirli olduğun için kullanmak istemiyordum. Die Wohnung lag in Downtown. Sergei - der Besitzer der Wohnung war sehr hilfsbereit. Alles war ideal für eine Dienstreise.

Good location but bit depressing soviet apartment

Good location next to shops and restaurants. Apartment is typically old school soviet apartment. Wifi was hit and miss and TV did not work. Price is good for location and compared to hotel prices.

Just like home

I am a single traveler, so the apartment was plenty spacious, super comfortable and super convenient for me. Central location helped me to get to any point fast and pain free. The apartment is very clean, freshly remodeled and simply lovely. The American travelers should be forewarned: nothing comes in industrial size like it is in the US. I enjoyed my stay very much and would like to come back soon.

Cosy and secure place to stay in city centre

Aircon and wifi were good, location ok, it felt safe, cafes and restaurants in short walking distance. There was a noisy building site right below the windows, which wasn't good, but it'll propably be finished soon. Comms was a bit of a challenge: not easy to get in touch by phone and English wasn't great (as you can pretty much expect everywhere in Kazakhstan). The floor was a bit dusty/dirty. Pretty ok value for money. I would go again.

J'avais prévenu par téléphone de mon arrivée vers 19 h ; compte tenu de retard de l'avion et de difficultés rencontrées à l'aéroport avec mon loueur de voitures le responsable de Lessor m'a attendu patiemment et est intervenu efficacement pour m'aider à résoudre les difficultés rencontrées avec mon loueur de voitures et m'a renseigné sur les restaurants situés à proximité immédiate ; l'appartement loué, un studio, est bien situé dans un endroit calme et bien équipé et permet de cuisiner si on le souhaite ; mais attention à bien sortir de l'appartement avec la clé car la porte d'entrée est securisee et se ferme automatiquement ; il n'y a pas de machine à laver le linge
