"Scrambled eggs at breakfast were cold unfortunately, they should be kept warm.. otherwise breakfast was adequate for a small inexpensive hotel. The one thing that ruined the look of our room were the internal doors, otherwise it was fine. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Hotel was adequate for just 1 night stay. Thanks "

"First time in this place, despite knowing whole Vilamoura, and i loved it. Quiet area, safe, supermarket and a couple of restaurants nearby in case you don't want to go far, cheap laundry a couple of meters away, plenty of garden areas nearby where you can enjoy a nice walk. The property itself is simple, but it has everything you need, including an iron and a board to help you get your clothes look nicer for your night outs. "Having stayed at the Crest previously I was quite disappointed in the way the property has deteriorated, specifically in relation to maintenance issues, cleanliness was not fantastic to be honest, shower would not work and we have an ant infestation, on a positive note the reception staff were very pleasant, unfortunately I would not stay here again."

"The breakfast staff, especially Emma and Karan, were pleasant and provided excellent service which made a delightful start to our day; certainly the outstanding members of the team. The apartment was spacious with a large fully equipped kitchen and rooms were cleaned daily. There was ample parking space for the car. There was a nice supermarket reasonably close by for all the necessary food shopping. Overall an exceptional stay in this place and we will be back soon."
