The desk clerk was not at check in station. Waited 15 minutes for Him to finish his conversation with bar maid before He realized I was standing at front desk. Zero situational awareness on His part. Other than that the stay was fine.

With 1 elevator out of service, only 1 cup for coffee, service cart blocking hallway, extended wait for someone at desk for check in, etc We will return but low on our list but location fits our travel plans
