The staff here may be the kindest of any hotel I have stayed at… the front desk, restaurant staff, room service. Everybody says “hello” or “good morning” with a big smile. "The facilities, services, and views at Kastara are amazing. We ordered room service for breakfast and ate on our patio multiple times. They give great massages at their spa. "We stayed with 3 kids (aged 7,5,2) for our 9th anniversary trip. We got lots of surprises from the villa (petals in bath tub, petals on the bed, a delicious cake and even upgraded room).
