"The hotel lobby was beautiful and the coffee amazing. The public bathroom was a bit underwhelming and dirty. The room was a double, small however clean, comfortable and all that was needed for a quick get away. The hotel is centrally located, easy to walk to most sites of interest. Would definitely stay again!! "

The ferry service across the river was frequent and convenient access at several points along the Riverfront. The facility was clean and well maintained. "It was a good place to stay. Very convenient to shopping, the Pier and eating places. The only inconvenience was with the cleaning of our room. We stayed there for 3 days and never had our room cleaned. We piled the trash in the corner. Everything else was great. Very nice and friendly staff."

"Nice hotel but they tell you that you have to pay $30 for Valet parking that there is no parking at the hotel. This is very misleading. There is a parking garage right across the street. We were there only one night and although the front desk tried to talk us out of it, we took our chances. Cost us $7 for our overnight stay. Pffft!"
