"Breakfast was mediocre. Beds were fine, except they were very high for a short person to access. Bath tub was very slick and could lead to falls."

Help did check who was there to supervise (no one) boys took football and left when asked to leave Wife fell while going to car in the rain. Left...

We had a chair in our room that was broken and I stopped at the front desk to let them know and they said it would get taken care of but no one came to give us a chair we could sit in. There was a sign saying they were going to replace the hallway carpet a month before we got there but it had not been changed and was loose and very easy to trip on. Their morning breakfast was outstanding and we enjoyed that very much...

"There was cob webs on my light fixtures. Stains on my mattress protector. By the pool the vents are thick with black mold or lint not sure but not cleaned and concerned what the kids were breathing. They say there is breakfast but they give you a voucher to go to the deli next door and then one of their workers had no idea how the voucher worked and tried to charge me to the point I was not going to do this everyday. I think the folks who run the place are sweet but wyndham clearly slapped...
