"The room was fine. At check in I was told I’d received a “complimentary upgrade” but I couldn’t hear what the desk clerk said other than it was something about the bathroom. Well the bathroom was for someone with a wheelchair. There was no counter space and the shower was flush with the floor with a short curtain so water got all over the bathroom floor when you showered. There was a bad smell coming from the sink. The bathroom was just overall the worst part. I wish they had different coffee...

"This was our second time staying at The Mirage and we loved everything about it. There are plenty of shopping and food options in the area and so much to do to stay busy. The pool was a highlight for us and again, the convenience to everything. The facility was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, just as they were last visit. "

"The check-in and check-out line was huge. Tried using the self-service check-in and it said the room wasn't ready at 8:30 p.m. so we went out to eat with all our luggage and at 10:30 p.m still nothing. So, we had to stand in line for an hour before getting served as there were only 3 hotel staff working. The staff member was great once we got there. Hotel pool was great. Our server Autumn was great."
