In de zomer van 2009 heb ik volop langs de zuidelijke TGV lijn gestaan. Bij het plaatsje Piedmont in de Rhône Alpes schiet TGV 714 richting Marseille met een snelheid van 300 km/h op de teller voorbij.
Met het geluid alsof er een aanzwellende tornado dichterbij komt, schieten de TGV treinen onderweg naar Paris Gare de Lyon, door het Zuid Franse landschap bij Piedmont.
