"Everything was great since checking in. Services were good, location was impeccable with just a 5 mins walk to Lotte duty free, myeongdong shopping street and about 10 mins walk to shinshege and namdaemun market. Club lounge offers thoughful to-go box for family with children, since children are not permitted to join cocktail session. "Das Hotel war wirklich absolute spitze und das Personal unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr kompetent. Die Zimmer und die Einrichtung im Allgemeinen waren perfekt und wir haben uns von Sekunde eins an wohl gefühlt. Ich freue mich, dass Moxy dort bald wieder zu besuchen und kann dies nur mit zehn Sternen wärmstens empfehlen!"

"Hotel is in a great location for both local sights and access to metro lines. Staff were very friendly and profession. The building is a bit dated and worn, and the rooms are a bit on the smaller size, but that didn't bother us. Great value for the price and no complaints from our stay."

"ルームキーは2枚にしてほしいと思っていたが、チェックイン時に現金を持っていなかったため、デポジットが支払えないなぁと思っていたところ、デポジットなしで2枚貸してくださったり、雨の日には傘も貸していただけて助かりました。エレベーター横にはコーヒーも氷もタオルもあってサービスはとても良かったです。部屋については、これ冷蔵庫って感じのがあったけど冷えてるのかな？って温度だったので、エレベーター横の大きい冷蔵庫を使いました。お風呂はシャワー後にバスタブの下から水が漏れていてバスマットが濡れてしまい気持ち悪かったのですが、このバスマットもエレベーター横にあったので交換できて良かったです。 部屋は静かでゆっくり寝ることができました。お世話になりました。"

"I’ve stayed at this hotel more than once. There are so many reasons why this place is a gem. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Whether it’s storing luggage or providing directions, they are patient with foreigners when checking in and checking out. Many cool amenities like a rooftop lounge and hot bath. The location is surrounded by fun, trendy shops and amazingly delicious places to eat. Even after areas normally close, you can find late night snack options. There is so much more too....
