Great management and staff team! Very friendly and responsive. Property needs some TLC to bring to international standards. Food was good wait staff were amazing and personable. It was very convenient and close to the airport.

Need to update contact information on the website and on the Expedia or any booking platform Airport shuttle services Need upgrade little bit more customer service support Location was far a way from the airport as mentioned on the platform 3.5 km on realty 8.5 km location was noisy areas .

Rooms were hot, no AC. No internet in the room. Restaurant was meant to be open till 2200 but was never open. Poor girl at the reception didn’t know anything. Overall very poor service and experience Don’t stay here

* The booking included airport shuttle service, but I contacted the property one day before my arrival and received no response. * I called the phone number listed on Expedia, which was also the same number shown on Google, but it was out of service. * When I arrived, I discovered they were using a different phone number, which was never provided to me. * Because no shuttle was available, I had to take two taxis from the airport, costing me 7,000 DZD. * The building’s air conditioning was not working, making the property extremely hot. * The air conditioner in my room was very weak and did not cool the room properly. * For my departure, I requested the airport shuttle for 10:00 PM. However, the receptionist started complaining because I was not ready by 9:45 PM, even though my requested pickup time was 10:00 PM. * Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this property.

L’entretien de la chambre est totalement à revoir (moquette entachée, toilette bouchée, bidet qui ne fonctionnait pas) et la vue par la fenêtre est pas terrible… le personnel est cependant très professionnel et sympathique.

Rommet greit, stor, men mye støv hvor jeg sleit med allergi. الفندق غير مميز، الغرفة كبيرة لكن الكثير من الغبار رائحة كريهة في الحمام النقل إلى المطار كارثة، Transport fra flyplassen var ikke aktuelt etter kl.2200. Det kunne det nevnt på informasjon. Transport til flyplassen var ikke som avtalt, det var nesten at jeg mistet flyet mitt…. Katastrofe

J'étais déçu de l'état général. A mon arrivée la personne qui s'occuper de l'accueil était froide . Je n'ai pas aimé la chambre exigu la salle de bain vieillotte fuite d'eau sous le lavabo heureusement que j'ai passé 1 seule nuit . Par contre j'ai déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel c'était super grande chambre propre grand lit il y avait même un frigo et Wi-Fi du coup j'ai décidé de revenir.

I stayed at this hotel because I had an early morning flight and it was close to the airport. I checked in about 5pm and did not have a chance to use any of the facilities or order food. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. I was easily able to arrange a ride to the airport the next morning at 3:45am. The man at the front desk was there to greet me in the morning and let me exchange some dollars for the ride to the airport. This is a great pick for travelers in transit who need a convenient location near the airport.
