"I had an amazing experience. I accidentally booked the wrong day, but the man at the front desk was extremely helpful and let me stay in an open room. This was at midnight, and his attitude was great. He also gave me some information about the island, how to get around, and which sites to see. He also shuttled us to the airport the next morning for our scheduled car rental pick up. Amazing amazing staff. The room itself was spacious and warm with a sink in the room. Everything was very clean...

"Decor of the room is sleek, new design, no aircond, need to open up window for cold air to come in. The problems are in between walls no soundproof. I could hear my upstairs running jumping after 11pm. My next wall tv noise, other side wall talkg. At 1am +, i was awaken by noises chasing northern lights outside my windows."

Hot tub right outside. Robes and slippers supplied. Coffee and tea in the room with coffee maker and electric hot water kettle. Radio, multiple heaters and wood stove. Great WiFi. Board games. Heated towel rack and fully stocked bathroom in private bathroom inside the Dome. Food delivery available directly...

"Enjoyed my stay here. The hosts are very welcoming & helpful. Checkin is clear and also has Igdlo sign on building for easy find. Location is close to basically everything, and Bus 55, which saves over $25 round trip to KEF airport. The room and shared bathroom were always clean also. The rooms are small and the lighting not so bright, but overall it was fine, and a very good value for an expensive place like Iceland."

"Hotel très moyen... Il s'agit d'un self check in/out Nous n'avons jamais reçu le code d'accès pr entrer dans l'hotel et dans notre chambre. Il a fallu appeler lorsque nous avons trouvé porte close pour avoir enfin le code d'accès. Chambre louée pour 2 adultes et 1 bébé, mais pas de lit bébé fourni !!! la gérante nous dit qu'il aurait fallu préciser qu'il fallait un lit bébé... Si ce n'est pas le cas, l'enfant dort avec ses parents d'après eux. Pourquoi donc alors avoir dressé un canapé lit pour...

"Our room was facing the back of the hotel and there's a major construction site that affected our stay. Overall just and ordinary hotel, nothing to brag about.. pricy as everything else in Iceland"
