"The room was very clean and staff was super welcoming and always offering help if needed. Every time I walked in the lobby I was greeted and asked how my stay was going. I loved how the breakfast bar was set up and it was super nice. I also liked how there was a snack bar in the lobby for after hours snacking. My stay was amazing and I’ll definitely be back around! I’ll give a special shout out to Paul! He was there when I purchased snacks and was able to have a meaningful conversation with me...

We went back to the desk and talked to Steve about it. he gave us a different room. before he gave us the room he made sure the room was in good shape. If we make it back to the area we would stay there again. thanks again Steve for going beyond taking care of us. "

"This is the second time that I have stayed at Courtyard. The hotel is wonderful. The staff are friendly~greets you every time you come into the hotel. The rooms are clean. The hotel is conveniently located to get to shopping and dining without being on the congested area. This time I travel alone and felt completely safe both inside and outside the hotel. "everything was great except we are disappointed that other hilton hotels have complimentary coffee 24 /7 and yours only has it in breakfast hours! lots of people drink coffee in the afternoon and evening! there also was no water available in lobby like most hiltons! i think for an upscale hilton that this small recommendation would be good!"
