YEHS was in a great little spot, close to Southern Cross and easy walking distance to a lot of shops/restaurants. Ting was wonderful, and helped us get settled and ensured our stay was lovely.

The view from our room was fantastic One issue was the bathrooms flooded after each shower. Drier did not work well to dry floor mats. We paid money to open the other bathroom only to find it very dirty and dusty. The toilet was not cleaned, the drawers to basin had water marks on them. Dust everywhere Needs more bin liners for all bins. Apart from that it was great. Thank u

Amazing stay at the crowne plaza. Check in went smoothly and my room was lovely and clean. Buffet breakfast is exceptional and worth the extra cost. Couldnt fault my stay - all the staff were wonderful, kind and willing to go above an beyond. Thank you to AJ for a smooth check in experience.
