"The woman at the front desk was very kind and friendly. Check-in went smoothly, and I settled into a wonderful room—spacious and clean. I also enjoyed the pool; the water temperature was comfortable, and towels were well-stocked. There was a wide variety of options for breakfast, making for a lovely start to the day."

"The best thing about the Restoration is definitely the staff. You can certainly tell it is privately on versus a corporate chain. If staying look at the details that you do not see any other quality hotels. You want because some of them are unique to the property & very forward/functional and their implementation. It seems purposeful to give image to the gentleman who built the house down the road. You feel that legacy throughout the Restoration. Choose wisely friend. ✌️🐝 w/ 🐏"

"Staff was excellent! Room was not the greatest for the price. Outdated, small, several lights did not work. We had a king mountain view. Room service was great with the exception of where to eat! In room table was just a side table, very uncomfortable to enjoy the meal. History of the hotel was interesting and the spa was exceptional. Disappointing that the main pool was down the road. Food was excellent."
