"There was mold along the caulk in the shower. There were no trash bags in any of the bins when we checked in nor when room service came to tidy up the room while we were gone. "The room definitely had some spots that could use some cleaning, spots on the wall, etc.... The room was huge and was incredibly big for the price so it was a steal for our large family. The breakfast was good and the staff was extremely kind and friendly. The room size and staff made the stay. Even being so close to the highway it was really quiet too which was nice. And the jetted tub was fun."

"The airport shuttle was not available due to not having a driver. It was a little stressful but they were able to get another shuttle show up within 20 minutes. There was a group of people on my floor who opened and slammed their door no less than a dozen times at about 3 am. Very rude and unnecessary."

The employee was so rude I told him just to cancel it and went out and picked something up to bring back to the room. We were traveling from Texas to Michigan. I am also looking at my checking account attached to the payment method and the 50.00 deposit was taken before I arrived which is normal but was taken again along with my payment at checkout."

"The Fairfield and North Little Rock was very clean and the wind was very comfortable. I love the big walk-in shower the air conditioner very well, which is very important to me. "The air conditioner in our room would not maintain temperature. The room would get cold and then get hot all night long making it difficult to stay asleep. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. Aside from the AC issue it was a great stay."
